Frequently Asked Questions
How Does The Restoration Process Work?
As soon as a situation arises that compromises your home or business (i.e. a fire, flood, mold damage, etc.), you can call Paramount Restoration. Someone is available to take your call 24/7, so there is never a need to wait until morning or live with the problem until the weekend is over. We’ll provide you an estimate based on your description of the damage, then send someone out to evaluate the project and give you a more accurate quote. If you accept the quote, then we’ll begin work right away to return your home to its pre-incident state.
Will My Insurance Cover The Service?
Homeowners insurance usually covers most or all of the cost of the restoration. You can pay us up to the deductible amount (if not met) and we’ll work with your insurance company to obtain the rest of the payment. We accept all insurance companies for our customer’s peace of mind. Talk with your insurance agent for more details.
How Long Does It Take?
The time needed for restoration varies greatly with the extent of the damage. When you call Paramount Restoration, we’ll listen carefully to the details of your situation, then send someone out to examine the damage for himself and let you know what needs to be done and approximately how much time it will take.
Do I Need To Leave My Home?
In cases of severe flooding or fire, the damage itself may force you out of your home. However, if you are still able to live in your house following the incident, you will probably also be able to live there during the remediation process. Be aware, however, that your home may be noisy and there will be fans and other equipment within reach, so if you are a light sleeper or have small children, you may choose to relocate while we do our work for greater convenience.
